Short answers
Is it priced per user?
Per workspace. Each plan includes a number of employees; more are added per person, cheaper the more you add. Client portal contacts never use a seat.
What happens when we outgrow an allowance?
Talk to us and we move you up a plan or add employees, clients or storage to the one you have. Nothing stops working the day you reach a number; a file upload past the storage limit is refused and the limit named, never silently billed.
Can we have one feature without the next plan?
Yes. Anything one workspace needs beyond its plan, such as time tracking on Starter, can be switched on for that workspace on its own, priced from the same price book.
How do we pay?
By invoice, in rupees, monthly or yearly. There is no card anywhere in the product.
Does connecting an AI assistant cost extra?
No. Connecting Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP assistant is included on every plan, hosted or local, with no add-on and no per-seat charge. Work has no built-in AI writing features yet; when it does, they will be priced separately from the plans.
Can we get our data out?
Whenever you like. Lists export to CSV and reports to CSV, Excel or PDF.
