For more people, more clients, more control

Larger agencies and service firms get a plan built to their size, the controls their security reviewers ask about, and onboarding done with the people who build the product.

[ 01 ] Scale

Sized to the organization

  • Custom plans

Built from the price book: the workspace, then every capability, employee, client and gigabyte you need, with volume rates on seats and storage.

  • Volume rates

The per-person rate falls as you add employees, and storage steps down as it grows, so a larger organization pays less per unit.

  • Several workspaces

One sign-in can belong to several organizations, each fully separate, for subsidiaries, brands or regions.

  • Agreed terms

Negotiated prices and paid terms are recorded against your workspace, with their history.

[ 02 ] Onboarding

Set up with you, step by step

  1. 01

    Scope

Your teams, clients and how work runs today, on a call with the product team.

  2. 02

    Workspace

Plan, owner, roles and, on Agency or custom, your branding.

  3. 03

    Import

Employees, clients, contacts, projects, milestones and tasks from your spreadsheets, previewed and undoable.

  4. 04

    Go live

Invite your people, turn the portal on per client, and run the first engagements with us on hand.

[ 03 ] Control

What security reviewers ask first

  • Roles and grants

Owner, admin, manager, team lead, employee and client, plus per-person grants for cost view and client information, enforced by the API on every request.

  • Single sign-on (SAML or OIDC)

Single sign-on through your own identity provider over SAML or OIDC (for example Okta, Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace). Your company's email domains, proven by a DNS record, sign in through it, once for every Varynt product. On the Agency plan.

  • SCIM provisioning

Your identity provider adds, switches off and removes people and syncs groups. New people get no access until a group or an admin gives it, and synced groups stay read-only in Varynt. With single sign-on, on Agency.

  • Two-step sign-in

Per person, visible to admins on the members list and resettable by them.

  • IP allow-list

Restrict the workspace to your networks; every Varynt product refuses a request from outside it.

  • Audit log

Significant actions, kept for the life of the workspace, for owners and admins.

  • AI ceiling

Assistants never see personal contact details, rates or costs, whatever the connecting person's role. Can be switched off for the account.

  • Offboarding

Deactivate a person and access stops at once; Varynt can end every session, token and connected assistant for a person across the suite.

[ 04 ] Questions

Procurement, briefly

How do we buy?
By invoice, in rupees, monthly or yearly. There is no card anywhere in the product.
Can we see the terms first?
Yes. The terms of use and privacy policy are written against how the product behaves; ask us about anything that needs to change for your contract.
Do you hold a certification?
We do not claim one today. The security page describes what the product enforces; we will answer a security questionnaire.
